Job Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Engineer / Aftersales Engineer, you are a key technical resource for our customers and partners. You support technicians and customers with everything from troubleshooting to training and commissioning. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in After Sales, production, development, and suppliers to ensure our customers receive the best possible support throughout the entire lifecycle of the installation.

You will among other things:

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot Advansor’s CO₂-based cooling and heating systems.
• Handle warranty cases and technical investigations.
• Conduct training for customers and technicians, both digitally and on-site.
• Participate in commissioning and startup of new installations in Sweden and the rest of Europe.

The position involves approximately 20–25 travel days per year, primarily within Europe.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have a background in refrigeration technology and are motivated by understanding, analyzing, and solving technically complex problems. You thrive in dialogue with customers and colleagues, enjoy sharing your knowledge, and see the value of working structured in a role where high technical competence is combined with service and collaboration.

To succeed in the role of Technical Support Engineer / Aftersales Engineer, we see that you:

• Have experience as a refrigeration technician and a good understanding of cooling systems and troubleshooting.
• Enjoy training, supporting, and guiding customers and technicians on technical matters.
• Work structured and see the importance of documentation and follow-up. Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Experience with CO₂ systems is meritorious, but not a requirement. If you have the right technical foundation and the willingness to learn, you will receive the training required to become a specialist in the field.
